Coaching
For Individuals
Each of us already has most of what we need to grow, develop, and flourish. So why aren’t we flourishing all the time? Often, we are not attuned to our conditioned tendencies and get into a habit of simply making it through the day while juggling the demands of work, family, and life. In the meantime, we long for something more and wonder “is this all there is?” Working with a professional coach creates a trusted and objective space to rediscover and reclaim the capacity to grow and be present; to more meaningfully connect to ourselves, others, and the natural flow of living with intention.
For Organizations
Leader pipelines depend on the intentional development of emerging and mid-level leaders and their ability to embody and sustain a generative leadership practice. As an
ICF-accredited coach, also with a certification in
Presence-Based Coaching, Lori draws on different streams and ways of knowing including adult development, embodiment, neuroscience, mindfulness, and presence. Assessments and 360 interviews can further inform each individual leader’s coaching development plan. Team and group coaching are also available.
Consulting
Offering a diverse range of expertise, our consulting approach is inquiry-based, inclusive, and generative, always keeping the long-term vision of the organization at eye-level. Areas of expertise include:
